Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All TheProfessionalCopywriter services are delivered digitally as files (Google Doc, Word, or PDF) via email to the address provided at checkout. There are no physical shipments.

2. When work begins

Work begins within 1-2 business days of receiving both payment confirmation and a completed project brief. We will follow up within five business days if a brief has not been received.

3. Delivery timelines by service

• Conversion Web Copy: 4-6 business days from brief confirmation
• B2B Whitepapers: 10-14 business days from brief confirmation
• Product Descriptions: 2-4 business days per batch of 10 items
• Press Releases: 1-3 business days from brief confirmation
• Case Study Writing: 5-8 business days from brief confirmation
• Ghostwriting Projects: 14-21 business days from discovery sessions

4. Rush delivery

The 24-Hour Rush Delivery add-on means the first draft is delivered within 24 hours of brief confirmation, not 24 hours from order placement.

5. Delivery formats

Default delivery is Google Doc with commenting enabled. We can also deliver as Word (.docx) or PDF. Please specify your preferred format in the project notes at checkout.
