Before writing begins, we research. Competitor messaging, customer language (from reviews, forums, interviews), category positioning, and keyword context where relevant. Strategy is not a buzzword here -- it is the documented rationale for every choice that follows.

Writing & Annotating

The first draft arrives annotated. Every headline, every section, every CTA comes with a note explaining the strategic choice behind it. This means feedback is more specific, revisions are faster, and the final copy is grounded in a shared understanding rather than guesswork.

Revisions

We work through revisions in structured rounds. Consolidated feedback produces a more coherent revised draft than real-time back-and-forth. Most projects reach a final version within two rounds when the brief is solid.

Delivery & Handover

Final copy is delivered in your preferred format with a handover note covering key decisions, what to test, and guidelines for keeping the copy consistent in future work. Delivery is not the end -- it is the beginning of using the asset properly.
